Find a Job Affiliate Program terms and conditions

Welcome to the Find a Job Affiliate Program! By signing up, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These rules cover how you can earn rewards and what you can (and can’t) do as an affiliate.

To join the Find a Job Affiliate Program, you need to be at least 18 years old. Your participation is subject to Find a Job’s approval, and we may reject any application at our discretion.

Through the Find a Job Affiliate Program you can earn rewards by referring candidates who successfully find jobs through Find a Job. Rewards are based on how many of your referred candidates get hired. This only applies to vacancies where Find a Job handles the referral process directly. It does not include:

• internal Find a Job vacancies (roles within Find a Job itself);
• external vacancies where Find a Job does not facilitate the recruitment process.

Only referrals for eligible vacancies qualify for rewards. Vacancies that don’t qualify will be marked accordingly on the platform.

The Find a Job Affiliate Program reward is simple and fixed:

• €500 for every 3 successful hires you refer through the platform.

Please be aware:

• Rewards are paid out per completed set of three (3) successful hires. Individual hires below this threshold do not qualify for a partial payout.
• Only hires that meet all conditions in section 5 count towards your total.
• There are no tiered or escalating reward levels — the rate remains €500 per 3 successful hires regardless of total volume.

A successful hire meets all of the following conditions:

• the referred candidate secures a job abroad through Find a Job;
• the candidate successfully completes a period of at least four (4) months in that role;
• the vacancy is one where Find a Job facilitates the referral process, and is not an internal vacancy or one placed solely as an advertisement.

Unclaimed rewards will expire eight (8) weeks after they become claimable.

Do’s

• Create high-quality text and visual content featuring Find a Job vacancies and services.
• Educate your audience by promoting our vacancies in a thoughtful, informative and engaging way.
• Share reviews and solution-based content, such as blogs, articles, photos or videos.
• Use social media responsibly to spread the word about Find a Job and boost your referrals.

Don’ts

• Mislead your audience with false or exaggerated information.
• Spam referral links in unrelated threads or conversations.
• Create vague or unclear content when promoting Find a Job.
• Use unethical techniques to inflate referrals.
• Use any content for promotion unless you hold the necessary rights or permissions.

• Rewards can be claimed once your referred candidate secures a job abroad through Find a Job and has completed the qualifying period set out in section 5.
• The referred candidate may be new to Find a Job or have an existing profile, provided they have not already been hired through the platform.
• Rewards apply only to vacancies where Find a Job directly facilitates the referral process. They exclude internal Find a Job vacancies and external vacancies where Find a Job does not facilitate the process.
• Find a Job reserves the right to reject any application or referral if the conditions of the relevant vacancy are not met.
• These Affiliate Program terms are governed by, and form part of, the general User Terms & Conditions of Find a Job LLC.

To become an affiliate, you must create an account and submit your application through the Find a Job platform. Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link to share with your audience.

Find a Job may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that Find a Job considers harmful to its reputation or interests.

Find a Job may update these terms from time to time. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Find a Job is not liable for any consequences arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program. This includes, but is not limited to, the misuse of logos or branding materials and any copyright claims or legal disputes resulting from your promotional activities. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you use complies with applicable rules and that you have the right to use any materials in your promotions.
